About this position

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking an organised and proactive Client Account Coordinator to support our Account Management team, while managing the administrative processes that underpin client operations. Acting as a point of contact for contract and administrative queries, this role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide essential day-to-day support to the Account Management team in the ongoing management of client accounts.
  • Assist Account Managers in cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical skills, good attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Handle client queries and communications on behalf of Account Managers, escalating where necessary.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal departments to resolve issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Help prepare client-facing materials, presentations, and correspondence as required.

Contract & Administration:

  • Draft, prepare, and manage client contracts and agreements.
  • Track contract renewals, amendments, and expiry dates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across internal systems and CRM platforms.
  • Raise and process contracts and other administrative documentation.
  • Ensure all contractual documentation is compliant with company policies.

Coordination & Reporting:

  • Prepare reports and account summaries for management as required.
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and workflows.

Skills & Key Attributes:

  • Demonstrated professionalism and strong client focus, with previous experience in client services or administrative roles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive environment.
  • Composed and resourceful under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Experience with contract administration is desirable.
