Key Responsibilities incude, but are not limited to:

  • Attracting and engaging high-quality candidates through innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Communicating effectively using current and emerging recruitment tools and platforms.
  • Actively promoting Reynolds and Reynolds’ employer brand across various channels.
  • Maintaining a visible and active presence on social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook, and building relationships with local and national media outlets.
  • Identifying and leveraging new sourcing channels and communication opportunities.
  • Representing the company at schools, universities, agencies, and recruitment fairs to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Proactively seeking out recruitment opportunities and sourcing qualified candidates.
  • Planning and conducting structured, competency-based interviews.
  • Developing a deep understanding of the company’s business strategy, markets, and hiring needs.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Supporting the successful onboarding of new employees.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR.

Qualifications:

  • At least five years’ proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
