30 Minutes... Was All We Needed To
Show Retailers Claro, Our New Showroom Application

This year we went digital, as we hosted our first series of online events. The turnout was truly amazing. It was great to show retailers a quick glimpse of how we have transformed our CRM, showroom and remote sales platform to meet today’s demands.
 
After many months of hard work and dedication from the Contact Advantage team, we were ready to share with retailers our vision in the enhanced Version 9 of our showroom application, now called Claro.
 
Rob Lewis (Managing Director of Contact Advantage) hosted four live sessions, which provided a tremendous insight into Claro. We presented the attendees with a completely new, fresh look and feel for the application, alongside a raft of new functionality that showed how we have listened to users and improved workflows, making it faster to complete tasks as well as processes becoming more intuitive to use. Claro fulfils every element of the sales process, now more efficiently and at a time when it matters the most.
 
Feedback from those who joined us was that they were most impressed with our new dynamic dashboard, which displays all the key enquiry information and performance targets in a single, easily configurable view. Using Contact Advantage's ‘widget technology’, the managers and their sales executives can create a personal ‘launchpad’ with the ability to drill down and display the information that is most relevant for them.
