Pension Scheme

Eye Tests

All employees using display screen equipment for prolonged periods are able to take advantage of a biennial eye test. Birmingham Hospital Saturday Fund

BHSF provides reimbursement of monies paid for a wide range of health interventions, e.g. dentist, chiropractor, maternity. It also provides a 24 hour, 365 days a year telephone help line. With corporate membership, BHSF gives all employees the opportunity of paying a discounted monthly rate.

Life Assurance

The company provides all employees with free Life Assurance that is three time’s your pensionable salary.

Company Sick Pay

Company sick pay increases on a sliding scale to a maximum of 13 weeks full pay and 13 weeks half pay after 5 years of service.

Annual Flu Vaccination

All employees are offered a free annual flu vaccination to protect them against influenza.

Cycle to Work Scheme (Ride2Work)

Supporting the Government’s green agenda the company is taking part in the Cycle to Work scheme which allows employees to have the use of a cycle, mainly for travelling to and from work, at an advantageous rate.
