100 Days In, New Managing Director - U.K. Automotive Focused on Future Product Enhancements

On December 13th, 2021, Reynolds and Reynolds promoted Rob Lewis, formerly the Managing Director of Contact Advantage, to Managing Director of U.K. Automotive Sales and Operations. Rob Lewis' 30-plus years of industry experience drives his focus on meeting dealership software needs.
“Reacting and adapting quickly to changes in a fast-paced marketplace is crucial for us. I’ve already started the ball rolling on many development projects and will be able to share some of these exciting developments with our customers in the near future," said Rob Lewis.
In his new role, Rob Lewis will look to drive the future growth of Reynolds software platforms and professional services. The company remains focused on delivering a single dealership-wide system through a combination of integrated in-house platforms and external, best of breed, third-party applications.
"The end goal for us, as always, is to deliver efficient processes, remove duplication, cut costs, and drive profitability, all while optimising the customer experience," said Rob Lewis.

Rob Lewis first joined Reynolds in 2015 following the acquisition of Contact Advantage, a leading software company in the U.K. During his time with Reynolds, he has played a key role in developing the Claro brand, the company’s customer relationship management and lead management platform. Rob Lewis has worked closely with retailers and OEMs across the automotive industry to help bring innovative solutions to market.
