“Claro is our main customer management system for our sales department, and it is a great way for us to oversee what's going on around all our dealerships. We’ve got five different dealerships around the site, and it also allows us to see on a weekly basis what's going to happen in the next 4 to 5 days. We can plan our marketing around this information that we get. If we want to do som one-to-one with sales staff, we can individually delve into what they are doing on a daily basis.
“We can also look into the past with the system. So, if we have follow-ups to carry out, we can keep an eye on what customers have been in and what follow-ups may be required. The system is also a management system with regard to stacking a deal an is handy, having all that information to hand in one place.
“We’ve been dealing with Reynolds and Reynolds for many, many years no and the support we get from the team is fantastic. They’re always on the ball. They answer my questions almost immediately. When I send an email or make a phone call, I know I’m going to get and answer from the team within 20 minutes, and that’s very important to me.”
